Contact Montebello Water Damage Pros
The fastest way to reach us is by phone. The dispatch line is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Call the 24/7 line
Phone is the only way we take jobs, and there is no form on this site. Call (213) 776-0579 and describe what is wet. If you can safely do it first, shut off the main water valve and move valuables out of the water.
For any electrical or gas risk, call the utility or 911 before you call us. Stay out of water that touches outlets, and keep people and pets away from sewage or flood water.
What to have ready
None of this is required to call. If you only know that water is on the floor, say that and the dispatcher will ask the rest.
- The address and the nearest cross street
- Where the water came from and whether it has stopped
- Which rooms and materials are wet, such as carpet, drywall or hardwood
- Whether you own or rent, and the landlord's name if you rent
- Photos, if you can take them safely
Business details
Montebello Water Damage Pros, 104 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640. Phone: (213) 776-0579. Email: contact@montebellowaterdamagepros.com. Email is for non-urgent questions. If water is spreading, call.
We cover Montebello and nearby Monterey Park, Pico Rivera and Rosemead. The services page lists what each crew handles.
Safety before the call
A few seconds spent on safety are worth more than minutes spent on cleanup. If water is touching outlets, appliances or the electrical panel, do not stand in it. If you smell gas, leave and call the gas utility or 911.
For sewage or flood water, keep children and pets out of the area and do not run fans, because moving air spreads contamination. If a ceiling sags or bubbles, stay out from under it, since wet drywall can drop without warning.
Renters and property managers
If you rent, report the damage to your landlord or property manager in writing the same day and keep a copy. Photos with dates help. Calling us does not replace that notice, and notifying them does not replace calling, so do both.
Property managers with several units can call once and describe all affected units. Mention shared walls and the units above and below, because water moves between them.
What happens next
A crew assesses the loss, writes the scope and explains the price before work starts. Same-day response is offered when crews are available. For insurance claims, we document the damage and keep records, but we do not approve claims or speak for insurers.
If your problem is a stain, a smell or a small leak you are unsure about, call anyway. A moisture reading can tell you in minutes whether the wall is wet, and that is better than waiting to find out.
